Ah bagels. Bagels are a unique and wonderful bread, revered in some cities and misunderstood in others. If you come from somewhere else (many Bellinghamsters come from somewhere else) you might be looking for the best bagels in Bellingham. If you come from New York, you have a certain expectation that is different from the expectations of someone from, say, Dayton Ohio.
